Helio S60: Your Next Mobile Device

Helio S60

Overview

Helio S60 is by far the most expensive release from Edison Group’s Helio brand. The device comes with a strong build and trendy premium notch design. There is a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on the front, metal frame, metal back cover and glass back. On the outside, it looks like a decent mid-range device.

The display is a 6.2 inches Full HD+ IPS one. On the back, there is a 16+5 MP dual back camera setup and on the front, we have got a 16 MP front camera. The 3000 mAh battery is a bit lower considering the price range. But because of the optimized Passion UI 1.1, it should still provide an adequate one-day backup. The 12 nm MediaTek Helio P60 chipset is a decent one with 4 GB RAM and Mali G72 MP3 GPU in this price range. Day to day tasks should be smooth. Android Oreo 8.1 is up to date for 2018. No further major Android update is confirmed.

Helio S60 comes with 64 GB internal storage and a shared MicroSD slot. There is no 3.5 mm jack on this phone which is a disadvantage. However, there is a Micro-USB to 3.5mm Jack adapter included in the box. The device also comes with a free wireless charger.
