The Fluke 1630-2 FC is a dual-clamp jaw thermometer that can measure earth ground loop resistance and AC leakage current. The machine has an LCD digital reading of 9999 counts with a 4-per-second refresh rate. It offers test techniques that remove the dangerous and time-consuming activity of disconnecting parallel grounds, as well as the process of finding suitable locations for auxiliary test stakes.
